Work With Island in Paris, Île-de-France, is offering a 6-month internship or a 12-month apprenticeship in Marketing to power our outbound engine, the Outbound Machine, across 8 European countries. You will work under Juan’s mentorship to generate qualified leads for our Sales team across France, the UK, Switzerland, Benelux, Spain, Italy, and soon Portugal.

Master the entire outbound ecosystem: ICP identification, automated multi-channel campaigns, data enrichment, and growth experimentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student in a Business School, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Solid digital marketing experience (internships/projects) with a mature profile.
• Strong understanding of funnel, ICP, segmentation, copywriting, and basic A/B testing.

Responsabilités

• Own the Outbound Machine operations and keep multiple European markets fueled with campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales to source, qualify, and segment high-potential tasks for the team.
• Design and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn) and ensure deliverability.
• Experiment with automations, data enrichment, and new growth signals to improve results.
• Work with Marketing and Sales peers to align strategies and learn from feedback.
