Voodoo, a Paris-based mobile gaming innovator, is seeking a Growth Manager Junior (Internship) for Cortex, a lean studio in our network. You will own the creative engine behind user acquisition, producing a high volume of ad creatives with AI tools, testing fast, and identifying what drives installs.

Start in creative production and ASO, then grow to monitoring and steering UA campaigns daily. This junior role suits a first or second professional experience—your output and energy matter more

Qualifications

• Gen Z with a marketing mindset and creative hands.
• Portfolio required, diploma not mandatory.
• Fluent with AI creative tools or quick to learn new ones.
• Analytical curiosity to understand why creatives convert.
• High energy and ownership; comfortable delivering many experiments.
• Video editing is a strong plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Produce a high volume of ad creatives (video, static, playable concepts) using AI tools.
• Test creatives, interpret results, and iterate to lower CPI.
• Own ASO across the App Store: keywords, screenshots and iteration.
• Monitor market and competitors for fresh creative angles.
• Support daily UA monitoring (AppLovin, Meta) and analytics.
• Collaborate with the founder and growth team to level up UA economics.
