Voodoo is seeking a Growth Associate in Paris as part of its Growth team. You will work directly on campaigns, creative, and data-driven experiments with real business impact from day one.

The role provides exposure to User Acquisition, Playable Ads, and Monetization projects, with a clear path into expert or leadership tracks based on performance. This internship starts now and converts to a permanent contract depending on results.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from a top engineering or business school, seeking your end-of-study internship for January 2027.
• Clear communicator with fluent English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable digging into data to make decisions.
• Genuine interest in mobile apps, games, or performance marketing.
• Autonomous and proactive; you’d rather figure things out than wait to be told.

Responsabilités

• Assist Growth team with user acquisition, campaigns, and creative testing.
• Analyze data to optimize monetization and retention.
• Collaborate on performance marketing initiatives across networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Support Growth, Playable Ads, and Monetization efforts and learn the full acquisition stack.
