Airwallex is seeking a Growth Account Manager in France to identify opportunities for product usage and to provide day-to-day support enabling customers to operate and grow. You will work with sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy teams to upsell, cross-sell and build multi-stakeholder relationships with clients.

You will focus on upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships while leveraging data to drive growth and retention across the Growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or CSM, preferably at a fast-growing tech or fintech.
• Strong verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Proven ability to build loyalty and drive product adoption with KPIs/targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proactive, independent to manage book.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage existing customers to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Promote Airwallex platform and drive adoption to reduce churn.
• Educate and drive engagement of Growth portfolio across lifecycle campaigns.
• Advocate for customers and represent their voice internally.
• Use product usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Be the primary contact for resolving customer issues with support teams.
