Under Armour, Inc. in France seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach teammates, and deliver results in a customer-focused store environment.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling, merchandising, and omni-channel efforts while upholding UA's brand standards and policies. The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma.
• 1 year retail experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with handheld/mobile devices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, profitability, and other key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and presentation.
• Support omni-channel efforts via apps and social campaigns.
• Lead ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas to gain broad experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on policy reinforcement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
