Job summary

Scento seeks a VP Growth Europe to own a unified growth plan across 27 European markets, reporting to the founder and CEO. You will align acquisition, conversion, retention and new-market launches into one quarterly strategy.

Lead teams in performance marketing, SEO/AI search, CRM & lifecycle, and partnerships, coordinating budgets against CAC and payback targets. Drive experimentation on storefront and checkout with product and data, shaping seasonal peaks like the advent calendar and gifting

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and targets across 27 European markets from first click to repeat purchase.
• Lead the heads of performance marketing, SEO & AI search, CRM & lifecycle, and partnerships into one growth plan.
• Allocate a large multi-channel acquisition budget across Meta, Google, TikTok, creators and affiliates against CAC and payback targets.
• Run the experimentation programme on storefront and checkout with product and data.
• Shape seasonal peaks like the perfume advent calendar and gifting season across every market.
• Report growth to the founder and turn data into weekly decisions.
