• Own growth strategy and targets across 27 European markets from first click to repeat purchase.
• Lead the heads of performance marketing, SEO & AI search, CRM & lifecycle, and partnerships into one growth plan.
• Allocate a large multi-channel acquisition budget across Meta, Google, TikTok, creators and affiliates against CAC and payback targets.
• Run the experimentation programme on storefront and checkout with product and data.
• Shape seasonal peaks like the perfume advent calendar and gifting season across every market.
• Report growth to the founder and turn data into weekly decisions.

Scento sells perfume decants and niche perfume samples to customers in 27 European markets, and monthly decant sales on Scento.com in September 2026 were 3.2 times those of January 2026. The next stage of that curve needs one leader who owns the whole growth system rather than a single channel.

As VP Growth Europe you report directly to the founder and CEO and set one shared plan for acquisition, conversion, retention and new-market launches. Success means a clear plan every quarter, budgets that follow CAC and payback, a faster experimentation cadence, and peak seasons, from the perfume advent calendar to gifting, that land in every market.
