Scento, Europe’s largest perfume decant site, is seeking a Partnerships & Affiliate Lead to build and scale our network of partners across Europe. You will sign the right partners, negotiate favorable terms, and keep the economics healthy.

You’ll work with content and growth teams to craft assets that convert, report on performance, and ensure a steady flow of new customers through affiliate and media partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partnerships or affiliate marketing for ecommerce or beauty.
• Strong network in European beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle media.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial judgment.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships across Europe.
• Sign and grow partners: creators, publishers, gifting sites.
• Run collaborations and co-marketing with perfume houses and lifestyle brands.
• Own partner economics, tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate terms that work for partners and Scento.
• Provide partners assets with content and growth teams.
