Pennylane is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Science & Analytics team. You will work on Acquisition with a 40+ person team and focus on leveraging data to drive growth and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, and engineering to deliver insights, build models, and shape data-driven strategies across Europe. You will work in a data-first culture, using Python, Redshift, and dbt, and will have opportunities to influence the analytics roadmap, mentor teammates,

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-ups.
• Fluent in French & English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, DBT and data visualization tools.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team.

Responsabilités

• Proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow the business or improve processes.
• Serve as sparring partner for Sales & Operations leaders; inform strategy with data.
• Steer decision-making through rigorous analyses across domains.
• Promote a self-service analytics culture and contribute data models in the Data Warehouse (dbt).
• Contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap to improve the data platform.
