Aethereal Logic is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across software development and digital marketing projects. You will own the sales funnel from prospecting to closing and handover to the tech team, while shaping the company’s direction through market insights.

The role rewards performance with commission, growth incentives, and strategic influence as you build a steady pipeline of new business. Remote or hybrid work options are available to support targets.

Qualifications

Lead generation through multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, freelance platforms).
Experience in managing a CRM pipeline and moving prospects through the sales cycle.
Understanding of web development (Python, Django) and digital marketing to explain services to non-technical clients.
Excellent communication with a closing mindset to finalize contracts.
Ability to identify tech trends to suggest new services or niches.
Independent, self-starter capable of hitting targets regularly.
