Arango is hiring a Customer Solution Architect to lead the technical customer relationship for our GraphRAG-enabled AI platform in Paris. You will own end-to-end design, pilot, and production deployment, turning customer problems into scalable graph-based architectures with retrieval capabilities.

The role requires deep graph expertise, 5+ years in software/solution architecture, and strong Python and AI tooling experience.

Qualifications

Deep graph knowledge with graph data modeling and AI-backed retrieval.
5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture or technical professional services.
Strong Python and applied AI skills with familiarity in LLM tooling.

Responsabilités

Own the technical customer relationship across the full lifecycle: discovery, design, pilot, production, expansion.
Run discovery with sponsors and operators to identify high-value use cases and real business outcomes.
Design target architectures on Arango's multi-model platform, including graph data models, AQL traversal, and GraphRAG retrieval.
Define success criteria, SLAs/SLOs, data access and governance requirements, and phased delivery plans.
Build reference implementations and prototypes that demonstrate value early: graph schema, data connectors, pipelines, and orchestration.
Guide production deployment with CI/CD, IaC, and proper testing with customer engineers.
Architect retrieval across graph traversal, vector search, and hybrid approaches; orchestrate tool and agent calls.
Establish evaluation practices and iterate on prompts, models, and retrieval strategy.
