Jobgether in France is seeking a senior Customer Solution Architect to lead technical engagements at the intersection of graph data and applied AI. You will own engagements from discovery to production deployment, shaping scalable architectures and GraphRAG retrieval strategies.

You will collaborate with executives and engineering teams to prove value, define governance, and enable adoption. Deep expertise in graph technologies, retrieval systems, and modern AI tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services.
• Deep hands-on expertise in graph data modeling, graph queries and traversal, knowledge graphs, and graph-based AI applications.
• Strong Python and applied AI skills, plus data structures, systems design, concurrency, and networking.
• Experience with multi-model databases and cloud/container technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Own the technical customer relationship through discovery, pilots, production deployment and expansion.
• Lead discovery sessions with executives and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases and business outcomes.
• Design architectures using multimodel data platforms, graph schemas, and GraphRAG retrieval strategies.
• Define success criteria, governance, data access controls, and phased delivery plans for production-ready solutions.
• Build reference implementations covering graph models, data connectors, GraphRAG pipelines, APIs, and AI agent orchestration.
