Arago is building the internal software layer that makes the company run faster. You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade internal tools from AI-powered workflows to agentic systems, directly with the CEO and management. This is a high-visibility project at the heart of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade SaaS applications end to end (frontend, backend, database, deployment).
• Proficiency with modern web stacks and integration of LLMs and AI APIs.
• Ability to deploy and operate on-premise or self-hosted environments with security basics.
• Product-minded with user-centric approach and fast iteration cycles.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards across the company.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLM workflows, autonomous agents) into tools.
• Deploy and operate applications on-premise with reliability and data confidentiality.
• Work closely with the CEO and management to prototype and ship rapidly.
• Establish lightweight engineering practices for fast-moving internal products.
