Job summary

Acted France (HQ) in Paris is offering a grant management and climate/environment internship. You will assist the Grant Management Unit and Programme Unit in donor proposals, fundraising monitoring, and grant compliance across mission activities.

Work with GMUs, field teams and HQ staff to support reporting, contract follow-ups, internal coordination, and the preparation of technical guidance notes, with responsibilities spanning climate initiatives and environmental programming.

Qualifications

• Studies in Political Science or International Relations.
• Dynamic, autonomous, with strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Interest in international emergency aid and development programmes.
• Interest in environmental and climate-related issues
• Excellent writing skills and strong capacity for synthesis.
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Word and Excel), the Adobe suite, and email list management.

Responsibilities

• Support Grant Management Unit and Programme Unit in project development.
• Process donor calls for proposals and prepare proposals with GMU.
• Follow up reporting and contract administration with GMOs.
• Coordinate internal reporting and information sharing within GMU.
• Maintain updated project files in digital and hard copy.
• Assist climate and environment programming including guidance notes translation.
• Support communication tools and Acted events.
