Job summary

Acted France (HQ) in Paris is seeking a Grant Management & Program Intern to support the Grant Management Unit and Programme Unit. You will help monitor fundraising opportunities, assist in project development, and ensure donor compliance across proposals and reporting.

You will coordinate reporting, assist contract processes, support climate and environment programming, and help translate technical notes. An internship agreement and €1000 net per month are provided, plus meal vouchers and

Qualifications

• Studies in Political Science or International Relations.
• Dynamic and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in international emergency aid and development programmes.
• Interest in environmental and climate-related issues.
• Excellent writing and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Office and Adobe suites.

Responsibilities

• Support grant management and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate reporting and donor communications.
• Assist in project development and grant documentation.
• Support climate and environment programming with research and notes.
• Prepare program guidance notes and translations (FR–EN).
• Contribute to internal reporting and GMU tools.
