Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud CX and CCaaS solutions, with a growing QA team in Porto, Portugal. We invite a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to start a career in software testing, learning to plan, execute and automate tests while ensuring software quality.

You will collaborate with QA, Applications and Product teams, grow your testing skills, and have opportunities to progress into a Quality Assurance Engineer role as experience develops.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
• Keen interest in technology, software and Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong IT and computer literacy.
• A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technology would be advantageous.
• A Master's degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop your technical knowledge of Content Guru products and Quality Assurance practices.

We're looking for a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team in Porto, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in software testing, developing your technical skills while helping to ensure the quality and reliability of our software.

What we are looking for…

We're seeking a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to support the testing of new and existing software across the business. Working alongside experienced QA Engineers and closely with our Applications and Product teams, you'll learn how to plan and carry out effective testing, identify and investigate defects, and develop automated tests.

You'll build your knowledge of QA tools, processes and methodologies, with the opportunity to progress into a Quality Assurance Engineer role as your experience develops.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Testing & Quality Assurance:
