KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Graduate Power System Engineer to support electrical engineering projects across generation, HV transmission, distribution, grid connections and power systems. Working under senior engineers, you will support power system studies, design, project planning, site activities and consulting, while building practical expertise toward Professional Engineer registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Actively progressing toward Professional Engineer registration; candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong HSEQ focus with teamwork, learning, project delivery and results.
• Strong focus on commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of NSP standards and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undertake national travel and work away from home.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

Responsabilités

• Support power system studies and design under senior engineers' guidance.
• Assist in site inspections and data collection tasks.
• Help develop project plans and allocate resources.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and client specs.
• Apply QMS to tasks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to cost-effective engineering solutions through research.
• Provide technical support to the engineering team and project execution.
• Support management in pursuing new project opportunities and tenders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery.
