SoftwareOne is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect & AI Specialist to drive Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption and AI-enabled cloud modernization. You will design scalable architectures, lead cross‑functional teams including Sales, Delivery, and Engineering, and translate business needs into production‑ready solutions.

You will collaborate with the Google Cloud & AI practice, delivering value‑driven outcomes and addressing security, data privacy, and governance in customer environments.

Qualifications

• Design GCP cloud architectures including GKE, networking, IAM and security.
• Integrate enterprise data into AI models using ETL, APIs, and vector databases.
• Work with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI and AI orchestration patterns.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops, discovery assessments, and readiness evaluations across cloud, data, and AI adoption.
• Translate customer pain points into high‑value use cases with Generative AI and GCP services.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Services with RAG patterns.
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, PoCs, and demos with engineering teams.
• Build proposals, SOWs, estimates, and respond to RFIs/RFPs with security and scalable design.
• Support sales by addressing data privacy, AI governance, and implementation feasibility.

As our new Cloud Solution Architect & AI Specialist, you will help customers adopt Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and design scalable solutions that integrate AI, cloud infrastructure, and data services. You will translate business needs into architectures using technologies like Gemini Enterprise, GKE, and Vertex AI, supporting customer innovation and cloud modernization. Working within our Google Cloud & AI practice, you will collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and customer teams to design value‑driven, production‑ready solutions that accelerate transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, discovery assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand customer requirements across cloud, data, and AI adoption
• Translate customer pain points into high‑value use cases integrating enterprise data with Generative AI and GCP-native services
• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI), Cloud Infrastructure (GKE, hybrid/multi‑cloud networking), and Data Services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow) including RAG patterns
• Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD), technical PoCs, and demos in collaboration with engineering teams
• Build proposals, SOWs, estimates, and respond to RFI/RFPs with security, scalability, and TCO considerations
• Support the sales cycle by addressing technical objections related to data privacy, AI governance, infrastructure design, and implementation feasibility

What we need to see from you

• Strong capability in designing GCP cloud architectures, including GKE, networking, IAM, and security best practices
• Experience integrating enterprise data into AI models using ETL, APIs, and vector databases
• Deep understanding of Generative AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and consistent cloud deployments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both C‑level and technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer are an advantage
