Marble is seeking a Growth Marketing Apprentice in Paris to support recruitment and marketing activities. You will collaborate with senior team members, Partners, and founders to bridge climate tech messaging with target audiences, while gaining exposure to thesis development, venture building, and founder support.

The role offers a 12-month apprenticeship starting October 2026, with English fluency required and French preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in degree or certification program eligible for apprenticeship (Contrat d’Apprentissage).
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, X).
• Ability to write high-converting ad copy and press pitches.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and monitor performance-driven marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
• Test ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to reduce CPA.
• Implement and manage tracking pixels for data attribution.
• Analyse marketing data and maintain KPI dashboards for insights.
• Build targeted talent lists and coordinate with CRM systems.
• Support PR outreach and brand visibility within growth campaigns.
