Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Workday Product Owner for Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll integrations. You will govern global configurations, optimize processes, and drive automation across international operations.

The role collaborates with HR Ops, affiliates, and external vendors to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. Based in Paris with a 30% travel allowance, you will champion a progressive HR Tech roadmap, participate in SAFe ceremonies, and deliver value through measurable improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Workday Product Owner or HRIS specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience with Workday payroll integrations (EIBs, PECI, custom, cloud connect).
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple countries and units.
• Experience designing global frameworks for payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain global Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations.
• Lead strategy for global payroll integrations and standard frameworks.
• Coordinate with affiliates and vendors, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Define acceptance criteria and Go/No-Go for releases, measure product impact.
