Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates, via Royal Canin, seeks a Global WET Technology Specialist to lead industrialization and governance of WET product and process across the global manufacturing network. You will define R&D specifications and support deployment across ROYAL CANIN and PETNUTRITION plants worldwide.

You will own process and product specifications for new raw materials and technologies, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food); Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
• Proven experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of WET INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global and own Industrialization process in QUEST project for global/region delivery.
• Lead of WET PRODUCT & WET PROCESS GOVERNANCE pillar at Global including defining and publishing R&D specifications for WET technology.
• Collaborate with Regional WET Technology Specialists to provide visibility on new projects and workload.
• Support deployment of product & process across the ROYAL CANIN and PETNUTRITION manufacturing network with validation standards.
