Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Group Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee AP, AR, and treasury across France and international entities. Directly reporting to the CFO, you will drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast-scaling finance function.

You will lead a team of six, foster ownership and continuous improvement, and champion AI-powered tools to modernize processes while partnering with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, DSCG, ACA, ACCA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional accounting experience in multi-entity or international settings.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of French GAAP (PCG) and IFRS; UK/US GAAP a plus.
• Proven experience leading accounting & treasury in a fast-growing international company.
• Excellent command of Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and cash management platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting operations across entities, ensuring accuracy.
• Lead monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, audits.
• Supervise end-to-end AP and improve P2P cycle.
• Oversee AR activities: billing, collections, revenue recognition.
• Manage treasury: cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners; support automations and AI tools.
