Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Group Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury across France and international entities. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure financial integrity and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/DSCG/ACA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in accounting, with multi-entity or international exposure.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); day-to-day work in both languages.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 6 across AP, AR and General Accounting.
• Oversee monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Supervise end-to-end AP process and drive P2P improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and international regulations across jurisdictions.
• Oversee AR, billing, collections, and revenue recognition across entities.
• Manage treasury: cash flow, reconciliations, FX exposure and intercompany loans.
• Partner with auditors, tax authorities, and legal teams; drive automation and AI adoption.
