Welcome to the Jungle seeks a Group Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Treasury for France and international subsidiaries. Directly reporting to the CFO, you will drive process optimization, automation, and a high‑growth finance culture across多 jurisdictions.

You will manage a team of six, lead monthly closings, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA, DSCG, ACA, or ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
8+ years of accounting experience, with multi-entity or international exposure.
Fluent in French and English; written and spoken.
Experience in fast‑growing, international company.
Strong command of ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily accounting operations across subsidiaries, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Lead monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and audit documentation.
Supervise end‑to‑end AP and drive improvements to the Purchase‑to‑Pay cycle.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations across jurisdictions.
Oversee billing, collections, and revenue recognition; intercompany invoicing accuracy.
Monitor aging receivables and coordinate with Sales/CS to resolve balances.
Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and short‑term forecasting.
Handle FX exposure, intra‑group cash flows, and intercompany loans; maintain banking relations.
Champion automation and AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.
Coordinate external auditors, tax authorities, and legal teams across entities.
