Jobtailor is seeking a senior transport leader to drive strategy and policy deployment across the group, ensuring compliant, cost-efficient and environmentally responsible transport operations. You will manage service providers, optimize international flows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Transport/Logistics, 7–10+ years’ experience, SAP/BOXIA proficiency, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 7–10+ years in transport in multi-site or international environment.
• Experience managing service providers and negotiating transport contracts.
• Strong knowledge of transport and customs regulations.
• Good understanding of international flows and Incoterms.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel and transport management tools.
• Awareness of CSR and transport flow optimization issues.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish/Italian a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead transport strategy and deployment across the group.
• Harmonize transport practices across entities and optimize networks.
• Oversee freight contracting, distribution and imports/exports.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage incidents and claims.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, supply, finance and commercial teams.
