Christian Louboutin is seeking a Regional Transport Leader to shape and deliver the regional transport strategy, covering inbound flow from the central DC, internal transfers, and regional deliveries to boutiques. The role includes deploying OMS/TMS, negotiating with carriers, and managing a small team across Paris and Dubai.

You will lead monthly KPI reports, provide deep-dive analyses of transport activity, and pursue continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard methods, costs and best practices for hauling freight.
• Customs expert for international trade.
• Minimum 2 years in transport, customs, distribution in retail/e-commerce or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administration and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel is a must.
• Attention to detail and initiative with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently / remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional transport strategy for inbound, internal transfers, and regional deliveries.
• Deploy structural projects (OMS, TMS) across the organization.
• Select carriers and negotiate rates and contracts.
• Monitor KPIs (costs, performance, sustainability) and report regularly.
• Analyze transport activity daily/weekly/monthly.
• Lead continuous improvement of transport services and processes.
• Ensure compliance with customs, CITES and related regulations.
