Bigblue is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead and optimize European transportation, reporting to the newly formed team led by a former Amazon executive. You’ll own end-to-end processes, drive carrier performance, and guide cost and carbon-footprint reductions across Paris, Madrid, London and beyond.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling a fast-growing operation within an international environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, transportation, or project management.
• Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation, or related field.
• Proven program management experience delivering moderately complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork, customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer.
• Animate whole carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement or growth projects (find ideas & lead initiatives).
• Work hand in hand with Data Analyst to develop and monitor full set of Transportation KPI.
• Support other Bigblue departments (Customer Care, Warehouse or Product teams).
• Support the Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research and sourcing of new carriers.
