Job summary

Sonepar is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to lead the Spark transformation across OpCos in an international, agile environment. You will coordinate with OpCo leaders, Spark streams and stakeholders to ensure milestones, objectives and timelines are achieved.

In this role you will oversee end-to-end deployment from the Exploration phase to go-live and post-deployment operations, aligning governance, risk management and stakeholder communication with the Spark Transformation methodology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital or business transformation.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Experience with Agile ways of working is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess transformation readiness: evaluate OpCo starting points and define actions for Spark implementation.
• Build the transformation roadmap: translate objectives into priorities, milestones and deployment plans.
• Establish effective governance: set up governance and enable timely decision-making.
• Coordinate deployment streams: synchronize integration, data and change activities with the methodology.
• Manage risks and dependencies: anticipate and mitigate risks impacting delivery.
• Drive stakeholder communication: provide clear progress updates and actionable improvements.
• Ensure a successful transition after go-live: coordinate handover to post-deployment teams with KPI alignment.
