Socomec Sas is seeking an experienced professional to lead the corporate communications operations in the Grand Est region. You will organize data for communications, reporting, and AI applications, deploy secure AI tools for communications, and standardize processes across the department.

You will coordinate tools, set performance metrics, and identify improvements to streamline workflows while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in communications, project management, communications transformation, or data management.
• Minimum two-year post-secondary degree in communications.
• Proficiency in process structuring, managing cross-functional projects, and deploying tools.
• Experience in structuring content databases, assets, corporate repositories, or communication performance data.
• Advanced English and French (C1/C2) enabling you to interact in an international setting.

Responsabilités

• Organize the corporate data needed for communications, reporting, and AI applications.
• Deploy useful, responsible, and secure AI applications for communications functions.
• Structure and standardize the processes, workflows, and working methods of the Communications Department.
• Coordinate business tools (configuration, updates) and support their adoption by the teams.
• Establish simple performance metrics to track activity, workload, deadlines, and quality.
• Identify operational pain points, propose simplifications, and drive continuous improvement.
