Job summary

Metrologic DCS, part of the Sandvik Group, seeks a Delivery Manager to lead transformation across a multi-site software organization. You will shape how we plan, execute, and continuously improve delivery across Product Management, R&D, and engineering teams.

With 8+ years in technical project management and strong English/French communication, you will build new practices, mentor leaders, and drive measurable improvements in delivery speed, quality, and customer outcomes in a fast-moving global

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical project management, with at least 3 years in an agile or scaled agile environment.
• Experience leading delivery transformation in a software organization.
• Proven track record coaching project managers or Scrum Masters.
• Experience working across international, multi-site engineering teams.
• Senior-level command of project management frameworks — PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
• Hands-on proficiency with delivery and collaboration tooling: Jira, Confluence.
• Strong influencing skills in a matrix environment; excellent communication at all levels.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own translation of product roadmap into a coherent, synchronized delivery plan spanning Product Management and R&D.
• Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent projects, with visibility on timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
• Identify inter-project dependencies and systemic delivery risks before they become blockers.
• Introduce scalable delivery practices and rituals to grow with the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Project Leaders and Scrum Masters; define great project management standards.
• Ensure radical transparency on progress, risks, priorities, and delivery health.
