Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive its Spark transformation across Operating Companies. You will lead through the full deployment lifecycle in a global, agile setting, coordinating governance, data, and change streams to ensure milestones are met and value is realized.

You will partner with OpCo leaders to deliver on digital transformation objectives, manage risks, and enable a smooth transition to post-deployment operations. Hybrid work in Paris is expected after probation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or business transformation or project management.
• Proven delivery of complex transformation projects from planning to implementation.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in international, multicultural environments with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess transformation readiness with local teams to establish foundations.
• Build the transformation roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
• Establish governance and enable timely decision-making.
• Coordinate Spark streams across Integration, Data and Change.
• Manage risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive stakeholder communications and escalate actions for improvement.
• Coordinate post-go-live handover with KPIs for sustained adoption.
