Job summary

QualityAI in the United States seeks a Transformation Delivery Director to lead enterprise quality engineering transformations at scale. You will partner with C-suite and senior technology leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and delivery governance across global teams.

This high-visibility role demands exceptional executive communication, strong program management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, software engineering, testing, technology transformation, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading large-scale Quality Engineering or technology transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing 100+ engineers or similarly large distributed technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading onshore/offshore delivery models and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of modern Quality Engineering, including automation, continuous testing, DevOps, CI/CD, API testing, performance engineering, cloud, and quality engineering frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop technology strategies, solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
• Strong experience with enterprise solutioning and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programs within insurance, banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with C-suite and senior technology executives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with program financials, resource models, estimation, and business cases.
• Experience managing large transformation budgets, delivery KPIs, risks, and operational governance.
• Strong change-management and organizational transformation experience.

Responsibilities
