Job summary

SCOR is seeking a leader to drive the Tech, Data & AI Transformation Program from strategy to execution in Paris. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the transformation agenda, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible outcomes on schedule.

You will also oversee financial management, workforce planning, and strategic governance, coordinating with HR, cost control, and leadership teams to align resources with priorities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, program management, technology leadership, or operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tech, Data & AI Transformation Program: Drive the end-to-end execution of the multi-year transformation roadmap and coordinate streams across organization.
• Own Financial Management and Workforce Planning: Coordinate annual budgeting, track costs, and align workforce planning with strategic objectives.
• Support Strategy Definition and Strategic Steering: Assist in development and execution of the Tech, Data & AI strategy and governance.
• Enable Cross-Functional Execution and Governance: Act as an integrator across Strategy & Governance and broader Tech, Data & AI ecosystem.
