onX Maps is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead cross‑functional operating model initiatives and drive adoption across the organization. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coordinating implementation and ensuring teams embrace new ways of working.

The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Digital Transformation and requires 5+ years in transformation or change management. You’ll work with AI-enabled tools and coordinate stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or operating model delivery.
• Ability to independently manage initiatives from planning through implementation with cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong change management skills, including preparing teams for new ways of working.
• Experience defining and tracking outcomes or adoption measures using data and feedback.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to adapt to changing requirements.
• Effective stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using AI tools to improve day‑to‑day work and decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Operating Model Initiatives and Workstreams from scoping to transition.
• Coordinate change management activities and adoption measures across teams.
