Job summary

Infillion seeks a VP, Transformation to build and lead its internal capability for operational design, automation, and vendor portfolio optimization. You will redesign processes, evaluate AI opportunities, and shape organizational structures to align with growth and global footprint.

You will partner with People Operations and function leaders to define the operating model, benchmark performance, and drive outcomes attested by Finance. This is a hands-on leadership role with global scope.

Qualifications

• Fluent in financial analysis, ability to build business cases and justify investments.
• Proven track record turning analysis into action and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to map tangled workflows into clear, costed designs.
• Depth to discuss AI and automation with engineers and product teams.
• Strong influence within functions and ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated delivery of end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Experience across Europe and working with EU regulations and labor laws.
• Background in consulting or transformation projects with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational design across functions and benchmark against industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI deployment; pilot and establish working processes.
• Manage technology and vendor portfolios, including ownership, terms, renewals, and costs.
• Collaborate with People Operations and function leaders on organizational design and global footprint.
• Define efficiency benchmarks and maintain a prioritized improvement plan.
• See opportunities through from analysis to financially attested outcomes.
