BeReal is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for Consumer Apps teams (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing) in a fast-paced, Ambitious environment. Fluent in English and French, you will source, engage, and close top talent, partnering with hiring managers.

You will work within the TA Apps team, which is a transversal team aiming to hire for all of Voodoo's non-gaming Apps. They thus work with Wizz and the company and more others.

For this specific TA position, the company will be the main focus.

Role• Drives full-cycle recruiting for Consumer Apps teams (specifically the company), proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions (Tech, Product, sales, marketing, etc)

• Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team,

• Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes

• Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles

• Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

• Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
