Moët Hennessy, Paris, invites a Master’s student to join the Global Talent Team for a 6-month internship focused on delivering talent management initiatives, analytics and engagement across Maisons and Regions. You will work on global projects, collaborate with HR teams, and gain hands-on experience in talent processes, communications and people analytics in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Management, People Development, Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data; advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential & sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Support LVMH Career Compass initiatives, development sessions and networking events.
• Coordinate participant journeys, logistics, communications, materials and follow-up.
• Contribute to career development and talent initiatives across Moët Hennessy.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and materials for talent rooms.
• Support VIE and other global talent initiatives.
• Animate the MH Talent Champions community and create engaging toolkits and communications.
• Contribute to benchmarking and sharing talent development best practices.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, SharePoint resources and reporting.
• Consolidate data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
