Moët Hennessy is offering a six-month internship in Paris for a Master’s student in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field. You will support global talent management initiatives, performance management and talent engagement across Maisons and Regions.

This hands-on internship covers project management, communications and people analytics in a fast‑paced international environment, helping you translate data into actionable insights while working with

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Management, People Development, Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data; advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential & sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Support global Talent processes, projects and initiatives across Moët Hennessy.
• Coordinate participant journeys, logistics, communications and follow-up.
• Contribute to career development and talent initiatives across Maisons and Regions.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and materials for talent rooms and reporting.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and reporting for cross-functional projects.
