Job summary

Bouygues Construction offers a 6-month internship to help shape how our Talent Acquisition teams collaborate across countries. You will gain hands-on experience in international projects, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working with HR international teams, you will map practices, build tools, and turn insights into action while developing your cross-cultural communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a Business School or university.
• Strong analytical and structuring abilities.
• Able to turn ideas into actionable recommendations.
• Effective in project management and communication.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in French.

Responsibilities

• Map Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus Relations practices, stakeholders and needs across our international locations
• Help design our HR global operating model, including governance, roles and ways of working between global and local teams
• Build collaborative workspaces, toolkits and resources that make it easier for countries to share and reuse best practices
• Engage our international Talent Acquisition community through workshops, webinars and other collaborative formats
• Analyse data, feedback and external benchmarks to identify opportunities and turn insights into recommendations and action plans
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus Relations projects alongside the wider 4 people team
