Job summary

Betclic Group in Bordeaux offers a 6-month Talent Acquisition Intern role starting in February 2026. You will join apprenticeship and internship recruitment campaigns and help recruit students for Tech, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other corporate functions.

You’ll coordinate campaigns, partner with hiring managers, conduct interviews, manage offers, ensure a smooth candidate experience and monitor recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources and available for a 6-month internship.
• Experience in recruitment (internship or apprenticeship) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprenticeship and internship recruitment campaigns from needs identification to final selection.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define profiles, plans and timelines.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with teams, with autonomy.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and assist with offers.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
