Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the People team to partner with hiring managers and attract exceptional talent across GTM, Corporate, Engineering/Product, and Science. You will guide candidates through hiring processes, acting as an ambassador and ensuring a memorable experience.

As an early team member, you’ll influence how recruitment is done, building systems and processes for the future.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Deep experience recruiting for Enterprise GTM, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, or Science.
• Ability to run searches independently in competitive markets.
• Data-driven in solving problems and improving processes.
• Experience with international recruitment and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and sourcing strategies.
• Attract and engage candidates across functions and locations.
• Oversee end-to-end candidate journeys with clear communication.
• Identify and fulfill complex roles across multi-location settings.
• Analyze data to spot trends and process inefficiencies.
• Propose enhancements to processes, docs, and tools.
• Collaborate to raise standards in candidate experience.
• Evolve the overall talent acquisition function.
