Evotec in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Senior Specialist for Global Talent Acquisition who will be the primary TA partner for the Toulouse site and collaborate with stakeholders across the global organization.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for scientific, technical, and business functions, drive employer branding, improve recruitment processes, and provide data-driven insights to support Evotec's talent strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in global, matrixed, fast-paced Talent Acquisition environments.
• Strong knowledge of French recruitment practices and labor regulations.
• Proven track record recruiting senior-level and specialized talent.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, Workday Recruiting, and sourcing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across scientific, technical, and business functions.
• Serve as the primary TA partner for the Toulouse site and support international hiring projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing via direct search, market mapping, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates; manage offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide labor market insights and participate in workforce planning discussions.
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout recruiting activities.
• Contribute to global TA excellence, standards, and process improvements.
