Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Supply Planner to own supplier portfolios in Europe and Asia, ensuring on-time production supply and detailed KPI reporting. You will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to optimize operations.

The role requires ERP/MRP proficiency, strong analytical skills, and experience in a fast-paced industrial/tech environment. On-site Paris office with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics required.
• Experience as Supply Office or Planner in industrial/technical env.
• ERP/MRP expertise with ERP tools and strong Excel/BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia.
• Develop and track supply chain dashboards.
• Provide supplier forecasts to Procurement.
• Perform inventory analysis and set safety stocks.
• Maintain master data (MRP parameters) in ERP.

You will work closely and daily with key internal departments, including Procurement, Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Accounting, and Finance, as well as external suppliers in Europe and Asia.YOUR DAILY ROUTINEManage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia to support production needs from order placement to delivery.Develop and track key Supply Chain reporting tools and dashboards (On-Time Delivery, transport costs, inventory ABC analysis, etc.).Provide accurate supplier forecasts to the Procurement team based on operational requirements.Perform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.Maintain and update accurate master data (MRP/CBN parameters) in our ERP system.Partner with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Finance) to resolve operational bottlenecks.Participate actively in Supply Chain improvement projects and ERP optimization initiatives.HARDSKILLSYou have a Master’s Degree (M2) in Supply Chain or Logistics.You have experience as a Supply Office or Planner, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.Proven expertise in Supply Chain, MRP systems, and supplier forecasting.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and Business Intelligence platforms.SOFTSKILLSStrong analytical mindset: Ability to process complex data and translate it into actionable supply insights.High adaptability & dynamism: Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, evolving environment with multiple changing priorities.Rigorous & organized: Sharp attention to detail, especially regarding master data integrity and inventory thresholds.Team player & relational ease: Good communication skills to interact daily with cross-functional teams and international suppliers.WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
