Job summary

Scaleway, a Paris-based cloud provider, is expanding its Supply team to secure component supply for production and improve reporting tools. You will own a supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia, optimize OTD metrics, and manage master data in our ERP.

You will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, and Finance, and collaborate with external suppliers across Europe and Asia to ensure timely deliveries and accurate forecasting in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (M2) in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience as a Supply Office or Planner in industrial or technical environments.
• Proven expertise in Supply Chain, MRP systems, and supplier forecasting.
• Hands-on with ERP systems and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia to support production from order placement to delivery.
• Develop and track supply chain reporting tools and dashboards (OTD, transport costs, inventory ABC analysis).
• Provide accurate supplier forecasts to Procurement based on operational requirements.
• Perform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.
• Maintain and update master data (MRP/CBN parameters) in our ERP system.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Finance) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Participate actively in Supply Chain improvement projects and ERP optimization initiatives.

Your mission will be to take full ownership of a supplier portfolio, ensure seamless component supply for our production, optimize our reporting tools (OTD, transport costs, dashboards), manage accurate demand forecasting, and maintain master data in our ERP.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will join a focused Supply team under the leadership of the Supply Manager and alongside a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will work closely and daily with key internal departments, including Procurement, Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Accounting, and Finance, as well as external suppliers in Europe and Asia.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Manage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia to support production needs from order placement to delivery.
• Develop and track key Supply Chain reporting tools and dashboards (On-Time Delivery, transport costs, inventory ABC analysis, etc.).
• Provide accurate supplier forecasts to the Procurement team based on operational requirements.
• Perform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.
• Maintain and update accurate master data (MRP/CBN parameters) in our ERP system.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Finance) to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Hardskills
