Hillenbrand seeks a Sr. Global Category Manager to own category strategy, targets and program development across the global spend and supply base.

You will drive category playbooks, supplier targets and sourcing footprints for multiple OPCOs and sites, leveraging market trends and demand requirements to create value. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply advanced negotiation concepts at scale, and develop strong business cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic procurement and global sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Advanced negotiation and cost-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Model optimum supply base aligned with market trends and business goals.
• Create category intelligence and cost/value drivers.
• Assess supplier capabilities and performance against benchmarks.
• Define category playbooks and supplier targets.
• Plan and align financial and operational targets.
• Drive funnel measures and alternative sourcing programs.
