Jobtailor seeks a senior procurement and supply chain leader to drive strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and cross-functional coordination across multinational sites. You will mentor a team of supply chain and market intelligence professionals and collaborate with Sales and Project teams on critical initiatives.

The role emphasizes making or buying decisions, governance, and global supplier market analysis within an international framework.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Management.
8–10 years in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
Experience leading teams and cross-functional coordination.
Experience in international, multi-site environments.
Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Lead, motivate, and develop a Supply Chain and Market Intelligence team.
Define priorities, workloads, and strategic roadmaps.
Lead supplier strategies by category and market.
Analyze supplier markets and integrate economic impacts into procurement decisions.
Serve as the strategic interface with Sales and Project teams during ITO and OTR phases.
Organize monthly and quarterly governance routines.
Lead Make or Buy analyses and contribute to Group-level M&A activities.
Oversee supplier capacity monitoring and S&OP processes.
Coordinate supplier performance and quality indicators.
