BeReal in Paris is seeking a creative, independent Social Media Manager to reactivate and reinvent BeReal’s presence across global platforms. You’ll own BeReal’s voice on TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal itself, expanding to emerging platforms as needed and rekindling engagement with authentic, on-brand content.

You’ll design the content calendar, craft candid, human storytelling, collaborate with the community on UGC, partner with Brand Strategy on campaigns (including ads), and track performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for youth-focused brands on a global scale.
• Perfect fluency in English.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, memes and attention.
• Strong creative instincts and impeccable taste.
• Proven ability to grow and engage large audiences across platforms.
• Autonomous with a test-learn-optimize mindset.
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling; shooting/editing bonus.
• Passionate about authenticity and mental health.
• Paris-based or willing to relocate.
