You will lead platform governance, roadmaps, and upgrade planning, advise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and AI-enabled delivery, and build trusted executive relationships to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth customer consultations to understand objectives and priorities.
• Develop tailored ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps.
• Design governance and upgrade planning for platforms.
• Advise on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Serve as senior liaison between executives and delivery teams.
• Support presales with proposals, workshops, and exec briefings.
• Build long-term relationships with CIOs and Enterprise Architects.
• Contribute to knowledge base with reusable frameworks.
• Stay current on ServiceNow roadmap and AI innovations.
