Medtronic is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager – SCS to set the global marketing strategy for the spinal cord stimulation portfolio and execute strategic programs. You will work across Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta, leading cross-functional teams worldwide and guiding major product launches with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience, healthcare marketing background, and the ability to thrive in a regulated, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or 5 years with a Master’s degree.
• Healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices.
• Product management experience.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Set global marketing strategy for the SCS portfolio and execute marketing programs.
• Support portfolio across Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta with cross-functional teams.
• Provide direction and leadership for SCS therapies and product launches.
• Collaborate with regions to drive growth and market adoption.
