Boston Scientific in Montigny-le-Bretonneux seeks a seasoned Product Manager for Axonics EMEA to shape Sacral Neuromodulation and continence care across the region, collaborating with country sales, marketing and global teams.

You will develop and execute product strategies, support launches, and deliver outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, marketing or sales within MedTech.
• Experience operating in a regional EMEA environment preferred.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and commercial strategy development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA product strategy based on market insights and franchise objectives.
• Lead the SNM portfolio strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver growth.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies, including sales enablement and value proposition development.
• Support franchise planning processes (Strategic Planning, AOP) with regional leadership.
• Create regional product marketing plans aligned to business objectives and local needs.
• Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians and customers; train sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, forecasting and budget planning to achieve revenue targets.
